How To Share Agenda Quickly via Google Calendar 
The ease that technology presents has been felt in various aspects of human life. One of them is to mark the event's ongoing date on Google Calendar, which will also appear in the Calendar app on Android devices. 
Not only will it serve as a reminder for the event that will take place, you can also take advantage of this Google Calendar and Mail integration as a tool to invite colleagues.



In addition to event and time names, you can also insert location-related information that will integrate with Google Maps. Here are the steps you need to take to be able to tag events on Google Calendar at once as invites via the site version of Gmail.

 
1. Access Calendar from the six-tiered drop-down menu next to the profile photo of your Gmail account. 
2. Find event event dates, to bring up a pop up window to store event information, or you can tap on the red circle icon with the contents of the plus sign in the bottom right corner. 
3. Pressing the red circle icon will require you to enter information related to the date of the event manually, while via the pop-up window only need to enter the event name and time of operation. 
4. However, if you want to add location-related information in the pop-up window, you should click the More Option box located next to the Save box. Click the box if you want to embed more details or make it an invite. 
5. In the Event Details column, you need to enter the name of the building or location, and Google will display a number of locations along with the full address that has the name of the location entered. 
6. To be a reminder for other participants or as an invite, you can enter an email from a colleague in the Guest column on the right side. 
7. After entering all the required information details, you can save it by pressing the Save button next to the event title. 
8. Partners will receive invitations via email and automatically sign in to the Google Calendar app if it declares attendance at the event.
